Bolt Brokers is the fastener brokerage arm of Thompson Enterprises. This policy explains how we handle information you send us when you request a quote or contact us.
When you use our quote form or email us, we receive the information you provide (such as name, company, email, phone, and project/spec details). Server logs may include standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.
We use your information only to respond to RFQs, fulfill orders, and communicate about your request. We do not sell personal information.
We may share details with suppliers or carriers as needed to source and deliver product. Hosting and form providers that process our website traffic may process data on our behalf.
We keep quote and order correspondence as needed for business and tax records, then delete or archive per our internal practices.
